Ejidiran to Declare Akinyele Constituency 1 Ambition Friday, Rallies Grassroots Support

A political aspirant in Akinyele Local Government Area, Mr. Kayode Ejidiran, has announced plans to formally declare his intention to represent Akinyele Constituency 1, calling on party members, stakeholders, and residents to support what he described as a people-driven movement.
In an official invitation made available to the public, Ejidiran appealed to leaders, elders, youths, and residents across the constituency to attend his declaration ceremony scheduled to hold on Friday, April 24, 2026, at the APC Ward 5 Party Office, Isale Awero, Moniya, Ibadan.
The aspirant, who presented himself as a grassroots mobilizer, said his ambition is rooted in the desire to give a voice to underserved communities and individuals who feel excluded from governance. He emphasized that his political aspiration is not based on privilege or financial strength, but on shared experiences and a commitment to inclusive leadership.
Ejidiran noted that his declaration represents more than a personal ambition, describing it as a collective movement aimed at addressing the concerns of youths, families, and constituents who seek better representation and opportunities.
He further stressed the need for a shift from what he termed the “old order” of politics, advocating for a system that allows broader participation and equal opportunity for all, regardless of background.
According to him, the movement is anchored on unity, courage, and the collective will of the people, expressing optimism that the constituency is ready for a new chapter of leadership.

The declaration ceremony is expected to draw party faithful, community leaders, and youths from across the constituency, as political activities gradually intensify ahead of the 2027 electoral cycle in Oyo State.
