Hijrah 1448: Hon. Tolani Adigun Greets Muslim Faithful, Advocates National Peace, Unity

Hon. Tolani Adigun, the APC candidate for the position of Member representing Ibadan Southwest Constituency I in the Oyo State House of Assembly and Women Leader, PBAT Again 2027, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims in Oyo State, Ibadan Southwest, and across the world on the occasion of the Islamic New Year, 1449 Hijriyyah.
In her goodwill message, she described the Islamic New Year as a period of reflection, renewal of faith, and commitment to peaceful coexistence, urging the Muslim faithful to continue to uphold the values of Islam which emphasize love, tolerance, and unity.
She commended the resilience and contributions of Muslims in Oyo State and beyond to the development of society, noting that their prayers, sacrifices, and moral guidance remain vital to the progress and stability of the nation.
Hon. Adigun further called on residents of Ibadan Southwest and Nigerians at large to use the new Hijri year as an opportunity to foster peace, strengthen community bonds, and support government efforts toward sustainable development.
She prayed for continued blessings, guidance, and prosperity for all Muslim faithful, wishing them a peaceful and rewarding Islamic New Year celebration.
