Oluyole Reps: Oyepeju Ara Secures ACCORD Ticket as Aspirants Unite Behind Him

The race for the Oluyole Federal Constituency seat under the platform of the Accord Party took a significant turn as other aspirants in the contest stepped down in support of Oloye Ambassador Ademola Oyepeju Ara, paving the way for his emergence as the party’s consensus candidate ahead of the forthcoming general election.
Reacting to the development, Oyepeju Ara described the moment as one of the happiest days of his political journey, expressing deep appreciation to his co-aspirants for their show of unity, sportsmanship, and unwavering support.
According to him, the decision of the aspirants to step down in his favour demonstrates the spirit of togetherness and collective commitment towards the progress of the party and the advancement of Oluyole Federal Constituency.
He particularly appreciated Hon. Oyeleke Ibrahim Agbolan for the extensive role he played throughout the process, while also commending Hon. Asimiyu Lamolo Assobur and Hon. Saheed Ayoola Kokoro Oluyole for their support and sacrifices.
The consensus candidate further extended his gratitude to the national and state executives of the Accord Party, as well as party leaders and executives across Oluyole Local Government, including ward executives and members, for their confidence in his leadership and aspiration.
Oyepeju Ara also applauded other State House of Assembly aspirants under the party for demonstrating maturity and unity by rallying behind Hon. Usman Abolore-Oluwa Ajongolor as the party’s flag bearer for the State Assembly position.
