The All Progressives Congress (APC) has disqualified no fewer than 47 senatorial aspirants from participating in today’s party primaries across several states of the federation, with Oyo State recording six affected aspirants.
The development has stirred reactions within party circles as stakeholders prepare for the crucial primaries expected to determine the party’s candidates ahead of the forthcoming elections.
Among those affected in Oyo State are:
Ademola Wasiu Alli – Oyo Central Senatorial District
Ajimobi Wasiu Adegboyega – Oyo North Senatorial District
Mr. Kolapoboye Kola Daisi – Oyo South Senatorial District
Faozey Oladotun Nurudeen – Oyo Central Senatorial District
Hon. Hameed Afeez Repete – Oyo Central Senatorial District
Amb. Pst. Akinremi Alade Bolaji – Oyo South Senatorial District
