Danladi Hails Alli’s Governorship Declaration, Commends Party Unity, Massive Turnout
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and House of Representatives hopeful for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Wasiu Ajao, has lauded the official declaration of Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli for the 2027 Oyo State governorship race.
Danladi, in a statement made available to newsmen, described Senator Alli’s declaration as a bold and timely step toward repositioning the APC for victory in the next general election. He noted that the massive turnout of party faithful and stakeholders at the event was a clear demonstration of unity and renewed commitment within the party.
The federal lawmaker hopeful commended the dignitaries who graced the occasion, particularly senators and members of the House of Representatives, as well as key party stakeholders across the state, for standing in solidarity with the aspirant.
He expressed appreciation to leaders from Akinyele and Lagelu local governments who were present at the declaration, singling out Yemi Aderibigbe for his steadfast leadership and continued dedication to the progress of the party.
According to Danladi, the atmosphere at the event reflected a united APC determined to reclaim power in Oyo State. He emphasized that the show of strength and coordination among party leaders and supporters signals a promising future for the party.
He further expressed optimism that, with sustained unity, strategic grassroots mobilisation, and collective commitment, the APC would record a “beautiful outing” in the 2027 general elections.
