Campaign DG: Fatima Hassan, Tolani Adigun, Others Join Oyo APC Women Leader to Honour Yemi Aderibigbe

The women wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, led by the State Women Leader, Dr. Mrs. Felicia Opatunde, on Thursday paid a congratulatory courtesy visit to the Director-General of the party’s 2027 governorship campaign, Asiwaju Yemi Aderibigbe, following his appointment.

The delegation comprised the Deputy State Women Leader, Hon. Mrs. Fatima Hassan; the APC candidate for Ibadan South-West Constituency I, Hon. Tolani Adigun, who also represented the party’s female candidates for the 2027 elections, alongside female councillorship representatives and other women stakeholders across the state.

Speaking during the visit, Dr. Opatunde congratulated Aderibigbe on his appointment, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of his commitment to the growth of the APC in Oyo State. She assured him of the unwavering support of the party’s women wing in mobilising voters and strengthening the party’s grassroots structures ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Also speaking, Hon. Tolani Adigun reaffirmed the commitment of female candidates and women leaders to the success of the APC, stressing that women remain a formidable force in the party’s electoral victories.

The delegation unanimously pledged to work tirelessly to ensure the APC records a resounding victory in the 2027 elections, expressing confidence in the leadership of the campaign director-general to unite party members and deliver electoral success.
