Good Friday: Ogbomoso South Assembly Hopeful, Olusayo ‘Bibiire’ Greets Residents, Harps on Unity, Compassion


An aspirant for the Oyo State House of Assembly in Ogbomoso South Constituency, Hon. Daniel Oyelola Olusayo, popularly known as “Bibiire,” has extended warm Good Friday greetings to residents of the constituency, urging them to embrace the enduring lessons of unity, sacrifice, and compassion exemplified by Jesus Christ.
In a statement made available to journalists, Olusayo described Good Friday as a solemn reminder of Christ’s ultimate sacrifice for humanity and a call for reflection on the values that strengthen communities and promote peaceful coexistence.
He noted that beyond its religious significance, the season presents an opportunity for residents of Ogbomoso South to renew their commitment to love, mutual respect, and collective progress.
“Good Friday teaches us the power of sacrifice, forgiveness, and unity,” he said. “As a people, we must hold firmly to these values. When we stand together in compassion and understanding, there is no challenge we cannot overcome as a constituency.”
Olusayo further encouraged residents to support one another, especially the vulnerable, and to work collectively toward building a more inclusive and prosperous Ogbomoso South.
He prayed for peace, progress, and sustained development across the constituency, expressing hope that the spirit of the season would inspire greater harmony and shared responsibility among the people.
