Hon. Tokunbo Bamiduro Condemns Attack on Old Oyo National Park, Urges Improved Security Surveillance

Hon. Tokunbo Bamiduro (TkisOk), Aspirant for the Oyo State House of Assembly, Afijio Constituency, has strongly condemned the recent attack on the Old Oyo National Park Service Office in Oloka Village, Orire Local Government Area, which led to the tragic death of five gallant forest guards in the line of duty.

Hon. Bamiduro described the attack as a heinous and unacceptable act that threatens the peace, safety, and shared heritage of the people of Oyo State. He expressed his deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the families of the fallen officers, praying for divine comfort, strength, and the eternal repose of the departed souls.

The Afijio aspirant commended the security agencies for their swift response and ongoing efforts to restore calm in the affected area. He urged them to intensify investigations and ensure that the perpetrators are apprehended and brought to justice, stressing that such acts of violence must not go unpunished.
